This engraving was my debut into intaglio printmaking and was created by engraving an acrylic sheet. The image was created as an homage to Italian artist Agostino Veneziano's 1525 engraving 'Lo Stregozzo' (or 'The Witch's Procession') and Russian artist Mstislav Dobuzhinsky's 1901 engraving 'Rooftops'.

Prints were pulled on Magnani Pescia rag paper. The white proof is an edition of 5 and the artist proofs are 1/1.
